MAH B.Des CET Exam 2026: Registration, Exam Date, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Preparation Tips

The State CET cell of Maharashtra released the schedule for MAH BDes counselling dates 2025.  The institute-level MAH CET BDes admissions are being conducted from September 3-9, 2025. The deadline to cancel the admissions with a full refund of fees is September 7. The cut-off date for all admissions is September 9. The CET Cell Maharashtra conducted four rounds of MAH CET B.Des CAP counselling.

The candidates eligible have to participate in the CAP (centralised admission process) counselling rounds. The MAH BDes seat allotment results will be declared for each CAP round separately. The selected candidates have to report to the  Admission Reporting Center (ARC) for their document verification. The candidates have to report to the college allotted for further completion of the admission process.

How to register for MAH BDesign CET Counselling 2025?

Please follow the instructions below to register for the MAH BDes CET 2025 counselling.

• Visit the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org
• Click on the link "New Candidate Registration".
• Fill up the mandatory information.
• The candidate will be allotted a User ID and a password.
• Log in to the website using the login credentials.
• Fill out the Maharashtra BDes CET counselling form 2025.
• Submit the filled form for MAH BDes 2025 counselling.

Documents required during the counselling process are as follows.

• MAH BDes CET 2025 admit card 
• 10th class mark sheet
• Mark sheet of class 12
• Caste/category certificate, if applicable
• MAH BDes CET 2025 scorecard

The applicants need to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the MAH BDes registration 2025. The MAH BDes 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows.

• All the candidates who passed or appearing for the qualifying examination, i.e. 10 + 2 exam or its equivalent examination with minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for the reserved categories, EWS, and PWD candidates).

• The nationality of the candidate must be an Indian.

• There is no age limit prescribed for the aspirants to appear for the MAH BDes CET 2025.

The MAH BDes CET application form 2025 was available online at mahacet.cetcell.org. The candidates who applied for MAH BDes application form 2025, could appear for the exam. The application fee of Rs. 1900/- (Rs. 1400/- for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and Transgender) is to be paid online during the MAH BDes registration process. 

Steps to fill out the MAH BDes 2025 application form

• Visit the official website - mahacet.cetcell.org.
• Click on the link “New Registration”.
• Fill in the required details to complete the registration.
• The candidates will be issued with a user ID and password as login credentials.
• Login using the allotted login credentials.
• Fill in the required fields in the MAH BDes application form 2025.
• Upload the scanned photograph and the required documents.
• Pay the MAH BDes application fee online as per the category.
• Submit the MAH BDes 2025 application form. 

Application Fee for MAH BDes

The candidates applying for the MAH BDes 2025 have to pay the application fee in online mode only through the online payment gateway. Candidates to note that this application fee is non-refundable and also non-transferable.

The MAH BDes CET exam pattern 2025 was prescribed by the Maharashtra state CET cell authorities online at the official website. The MAH BDes CET 2025 exam was conducted at the various test centres of Maharashtra state. MAH BDes CET exam pattern gives the candidates, a clear idea about the question pattern, exam timings, marking scheme, and maximum marks, etc.

The MAH BDes CET question paper comprises two parts - Part A and Part B. The candidates are required to check the details below in the table.

NOTE: Candidates are to note that there is no choice among the questions, i.e. all the questions will have to be answered. 

The candidates seeking admission to BDesign courses must appear for all papers of MAH BDesign CET 2025. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Candidates will be provided with OMR answer sheets with question paper for Part A paper. At the end of the paper, the candidate will hand over the OMR Answer sheet to the invigilator. The duration of each paper is 90 minutes.

• Paper I: 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes)
• Paper II: 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes)

The Maharashtra State cell issued the MAH BDes CET admit card 2025 online. Candidates could download the MAH BDes CET 2025 admit card as per the schedule from the website - cetcell.mahacet.org. All the candidates must download and print the MAH BDes CET admit card 2025. The hard copy of the MAH BDes CET 2025 admit card was required to carry to the exam centre on the exam day.

• Click on the link - MAH BDesign CET admit card.
• Login using the login credentials (registration number/roll number, DOB).
• The MAH BDes admit card 2025 will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and take a printout of the MAH BDes CET admit card for future use.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has released the MAH BDes CET Answer Key 2025 in online mode. The candidates can download the MAH BDesign CET 2025 answer key pdf from the official website - mahacet.cetcell.org. To download the MAH BDesign CET 2025 answer key pdf, the aspirants have to use their login credentials. According to the MAH BDesign CET exam answer key date 2025, the authorities will provide the window dates to raise objections.

• Enter the login credentials (application number & password).

The Maharashtra State cell declared the MAH BDes CET results 2025 on June 9 at mahacet.cetcell.org. The MAH BDes CET 2025 results are made available online in the form of a scorecard. The candidates can download the MAH BDes CET scorecard for further processing of admission. The MAH BDes CET scorecard 2025 contains the all-India rank (AIR) and the subject-wise marks obtained by the candidates.

The uploading of images of answer sheets and submission of grievances will be available from June 11 to 13, and the redressal of grievances will be out on June 18.

• Candidates are to visit the Maharashtra State CET cell official website, mahacet.cetcell.org.
• Click on the 'MAH BDesign CET Result 2025' link.
• Use the login credentials to log in and view the MAH BDesign CET2025 results. 
• The MAH BDesign CET2025 result will be displayed in the form of a scorecard.
• Candidates click on the download scorecard button. 
• The MAH BDes CET 2025 scorecard will be downloaded.
• Take a printout of the downloaded scorecard for further use.
